INGREDIENTS
* 1/4 cup butter, melted but cooled slightly* 4 large eggs* 3/4 cup granulated sugar* 1 pinch salt* 2 cups milk* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract* 1/2 cup all purpose flour* nutmeg, for toppingINSTRUCTIONS1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.2. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.3. Blend for 30 seconds.4. Pour into a 9.5 inch pie plate and sprinkle with nutmeg.5. Bake for 45 minutes in middle of oven or until set.NOTESYou can add 1 cup of flaked coconut to make coconut cream pie, or lemon extract and grated lemon zest to make lemon cream pie.
