Ingredients:
– 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
– 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
– 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
– 1 tablespoon pickle juice
– 1 teaspoon dried dill (or 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped)
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
– 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for extra tang)
Directions:
In a food processor or blender, combine the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the chopped pickles, pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon juice (if using).
